331 stroker
e-cam in a 331???
......I'd be more concerned with that choice than the mass air meter and TB......but his choice on boost level will determine injector size and match mass air meter to that and a TB should be matched to the size of his intake opening

try a comp XE270HR or the step up, 274 or 278, which ever one it is.
and go with 42's on injectors.
im guessing thats a stock block...i would stay at 10psi max if you want to have a saftey margin.

probally 10 to 15 boost what is the problems with the e-cam?I have a 302 with trick flow trac heat heads it has an e-cam 70mm throttle body 42lb inj is that to much for a stock motor it is also supercharged
Depending on the boost being ran, generally he'll need 42 lb injectors, at least a 190 lb hr fuel pump, MAF set to the injector size and or great custom tuning. 80mm and or 90mm MAF will both work, just make sure he gets the right one for the injectors/ecu model number.
Definitly going to need a 255 pump, Id go with a 90mm lmaf or a sct big air if he plans on using there chip and 75 or even 80mm tb if its going in a fox, But make sure you match the intake opening too it.42lbers will be plenty if he keeps the boost in single digits.
