5spd is hella alot more fun for sure, only thing i would want an auto for, is my commuter car LOL.... but i could not see spending 3k on that, when you could spend the same, if not just a LIL bit more and get the t56 + drive shaft etc.....

yah i agree with every one else. y didnt u just buy a 5spd to begin with. or sell your car and by a 5spd and then spend that 3k on the extra gobs of power u want. u know how much work that is to put in there, i no your not doin it but damn, i feel bad for the person that is. thats a waste imo. let see....3k can get u a whole h/c/i set up or even a supercharger if u want. spend that money some where else. o by the way, ur missing the clutch pedal and the whole assembly that your using to mount all three pedals and the amount of wiring your goin to have to mess with to get the thing rite. VERY VERY VERY STUPID!!!

i allready have the clutch pedal assembly, and its 2 pedals, the brake and the clutch, not three. and all i need is one plug in thats allready on it....

Ok what is everyone downing his plans for... he's probably not selling his car because he like his now... And going with a better tko would be the best choice if you are going to go through the trouble of swaping it... And i bet he wants a 5spd because auto is just plan sucks... I mean what fun is an auto on a street based stang... Unless you have like a 8sec monster that needs to run brackets... He is making the right choice in going with the swap.. i have seen people drop .5+ secs in the quarter just by making this swap... Stick with your plans don't let all this get to your head... You will be happiest with the swap... GO FOR IT!!!

YAH THATS WHAT I MEEN. what is it to drive an auto and then spend 3k on a 5spd, when u can sell the car, by a stang thats already 5spd and throw that 3k into the engine. should have just bought a 5spd to begin with, but w/e, its your hard earned money and i think it can get better things with it
