Sct blow. c&l are the meters most people use and they hold the best power. i am best friends with a guy that owns a dyno and everytime a car comes and and cant get the a/f right he pulls out a c&l test tube and tries it and 99% of the time the c&l works everytime. we have taken off just about every meter you can name

Remember not to judge flow on the o.d. of the MAF sensor. The MAF has protrusions in it, some are big and some are small.

Pro-M rated there 80mm good up to 800 HP.

Just to put things in perspective for you.
Had you of read the post accurately you'd see that is from the ford racing catalog hence what ford racing is rating stock ford ones and their performance one at to put things in perspective for you every manufactorer is different in how they have calibrated theirs

I read the post accurately.

Calibration is very important, but the size of the MAF and protrusions there-in can be restrictions to air flow.

One 75mm MAF from Brand A will not flow the same as a 75mm MAF from Brand B.

A restriction to air flow, limits power.

More air = more power potential, right?

The company that boguht Pro M still manufactures aMAF and I bought what replaced the 80 MM unit they had, which I think is 90MM. It works fine for my setup and I have plenty of room to grow.

he's actually correct to an extent. The calibration is more important than the size of it. If you have a 85mm or w/e MAF calibrated for 19lb injectors it's not going to be good to as much power as say a 75mm MAF calibrated for 42s.

and just for the record give me a ProM any day over a C&L, however LMAF > *
