what is the mostyou can do to a 5.0 and and still pass emissions?

I know for a fact that you can remove the smog pump, run 14 degrees timing, run 2 hi flow cats 2.5 inch exhaustand still pass with flying colors.

i pass smog with perfect numbers with my mods in my sig. with 2 cats.

You gain a few ponies, less drag on the motor, a cleaner engine bay, less weight.

It is suppose to add clean add to the exhaust before the exhaust leaves the tailpipes, better air quality supposedly.
