Default compression test results

ok did the compression test the other night and i have 140psi in cyls 1-5, cyl 6 had 130, cyl 7 had 150, and 8 had 140 also. i put new plugs in and capped off my pcv since im running 2 breathers, and it smoothed out, but i still have a miss and its hard to start, take like 5-10 min sometimes. but the plugs helped a little with the miss, its only down low now. i put in a new fuel pump relay, new fuel pressure reg also. the plugs are still gapped at .054 im thinking i might have a bad wire somewhere.

compression results show a little bit of a tired motor but when it won't start for 5-10 min ..what are you missing/??? spark ?? or fuel pressure???

What exactly are you working on? Plug wires, cap and rotor been changed. Have you tried holding the throttle open a little when it won't start to see if it is the IAC sticking closed (if fuel injected).
