Default replacing radiator, flush engine?

So, i'm going to replace my radiator, is there anyway I can flush the engine out?, I ask this b/c I the water in the system now isnt clean at all.

use an electric pump, conect the pump to the drain on the radiator

Well I plan on trying to flush the engine while the radiator is out.

Yup... Garden hose a big mess... I usually do mine in a car wash bay (benefits of my father owning a car wash). I pull the thermostat and the hoses off of the radiator and then run water threw it until it comes out clean. I also use prestone super radiator flush for a couple hundred miles before hand.

Of course when I'm done I put the hoses back on and drive away though.

After flushing out. Fill the system with distilled water.
Drain it and then fill the system with (half of your system's capacity) anti freeze. If you need to top it off, again, use distilled.
