Help- I have no idle speed after i...
Hey guys,
I'm back! I finally did the spark plugs, spar plug wires, rotor and cap change and ran into a problem... I have no idle speed=(, I turn on the car and the car sounds like its being driver right off the turn of the key, it just goes "FRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR" on and on and then there this smell like theres burning rubber which is coming from my alternator side....
The things that I did were:
1. take off intake
2.throttle body
3.upper intake manifold
4.valve covers and changed them for new ones made out of aluminum
5.cap.
6. rotor
7. spark plugs
8. spark plug wires
9. new power steering
10. I redid the convulated tubing in my car and retaped all the electrical stuff- I also found a wire that was broken/cut and threaded it together and taped it up( i'm not sure if that wire was purposely broken or if it was "really" broken so i fixed it, not sure what it goes to)
I put everything back together, the new things are spark plugs, wires, rotor cap and power steering fluid and now my car has no idle and that rubber burning smell... HELP! =P
