Default 3 Close calls

Here are three pictures of items I Have come across upgrading my Mustang.

1. This is a picture of the return fuel line going to the tank, apparently used to rub against
the old exhaust. This easily could of ended my Stangs life.I have also heard someone else
who had this happen .

2. This is a picture of some interesting debris I found in the pig, when I upgraded to 4:10's.
Found em' below the pinion in the oil valley.

3. This is A picture of the stock clutch, pulled it out just before the rivets started grinding on
the flywheel.

Feeling pretty lucky none of these caused any major catastrophe's.

The bad part besides almost burning up my car is Ford's no longer carries fuel lines, I bought a used one off ebay for 25$, yikes! I still havent figured out what was in the rear end.

nothing really that bad.. just messes up flywheel with prolonged use this way and clutch slips more and more and or you may notice a burning smell

I just noticed it slipping before I put it away for the winter, I guessing the pressure plate and flywheel would of been toast beyond repair, but I going to an aluminum flywheel so, still that
would of been some loud grinding. hey whats that noise?

I heard somebody say once that if a clutch was bad enough it could come on out through the bellhousing.....
