Default Got My New Heads !
Just got my AFR 205 heads tonite. I'm stripping the heads and get my local machine shop to mill them down to 51cc's. That and with the pistons I have should make 14.0.1 compression !!!!!!! Then i'm gonna clay the block and see how much I need to notch the pistons. I canalso can get ahold of some used bassani 1 7/8" longtubes, so i'm gonna jump on that.

I can't wait to start this motor up after its all said and done.

HELLO 10's N/A, AND A POSSIBLE EXPLOSION !

You putting themon your306? You still using a hydraulic roller cam? Just wondering since those heads come with solid roller springs.

How high are you spinning that 306? those 205's are a pretty serious head!

Just a question, why wouldn't you get some high compression pistons instead of milling down a good set of heads that far?

i agree with this. and 14:1 compresison is intense [sm=hail.gif]
