Did the 79-86 have over flow tanks?If so what did they look like I can only seem to find 87^. I know I can just use the newers but I was just curious.

yes they did ..I still use the factory original one on my 85..here it is

86 has it mounted to the radiator fan shroud

Ok, I think I may still have mine then unless its the windshield washer resevoir I am thinking of. Anyone else with pics?

on 85 and below like mine the windshield washer resevoir is built in to the overflow resevoir.. there is a divider..half is for the washerfluid..the other half is for the coolant overflow

AHHHHHH, ok that is what was throwing me off. I do still have that can. I just went into the attic a little bit ago and looked. Now I just have to move my ignition box (LikeI was going to anyway) or hide the over flow somewhere else.
