Ok how’s everyone today? I have noticed a lot of bad, not to serious post lately.
So I will come out and say this, my question is very vague J
I have a 90 lx, and in the glove box, I have no trunk release. . . I was wondering if anyone knew the colours of the wires that lead to the glove box that are for the trunk release.
I don’t even know If that’s where it used to be, you guys told me that’s where it was!!
So if you could help me out that would be great. I know a lot of you people have re routed your button to the center consol. So any help would be great!!!

I'm not sure if the cars after 89 came with a trunk release. Dont quote me though. My 89 has one but i dont remember one in my 91.

It might not? ahah i posted the question on here a while ago. And people said in the golve box. It made sense? Went and looked, no dice....

There kinda a whol in the top left, so i was thinknig it my have been there?

you need to pop the trunk and look for a release solonoid..if it has one then your car has the option..if there isn't one then the search stops there

sorry my camara is doa so it's cylindrical..and a cable attached to it..best I can do look under the hatch or trunk lid

My '91 has one and its in the left side of the glove box.

Perhaps it was optional equipment?
