Bobby, if you want long tubes go with Mac. I have equal shorties but helped a buddy install his mac long tubes. If you've done equal shorties before add a few more curse words while doing the long tubes. I tried BBK long tubes on my AOD, they would not fit with out some modification that I was not willing to do. Just make sure you wrap the headers to help keep the heat off your AOD.

yah there only 20 dollars more but now u need to by a new mid pipe. so that goin to be another 200 bucks. so u can save yourself the 200 and just get a set of shorties

they really are designed for racing, not mostly street use but I will get into an argument with just about anyone on here who disagrees with me on this point.
Bobby, you don't really need long tubes! Go with some good ceramic coated shorties, 1-5/8" diameter and a 2-1/2" off road pipe if you don't have to pass emission testing and you will be just fine.
