When you first turn the car on the 4 warning lights on the right of the dashboard under the guage cluster should go on and off right? mine does not do that... i have replaced mostly every fuse in my fuse panel... any other reason why not...

Also i check my Fuse for my rear defroster and it was blown so i replaced it with another one but the defroster won't turn on...

is there a difference between fuses? cuz the one that was in there and the one i just put in there same size and everything but the inside looks different...
