1991 Mustang GT Stock Cooling fan cracks. I replace it just about every 12k to 15k miles. I dont want to go to anelectric one. Is there a metal cooling fanthatwill fit without any modifaction instead of the stock plastic one.

you could look for one on a 85 and lower mustang..I still have the metal thermostatic fan assembley off my 85 gt

Are you talking about the hair line cracks? They all do that, been beating the crap out of mine for 160,000 miles with the cracks and no issues on the orginal fan. Unless you install something different you won't get away from it.
