Default Turn signal not working

I replaced the fuse and still nothing. Everything else works. Can anybody give me advice on what to check for like wires or whatever. I'd hate to have to bring it in to the shop again for an electric problem[:@] Any help is appreciated...

like pull it

the parts store is full of them . that is what makes the clicking noise when you turn them on . bring yours to pep boys they are in the isle with the light bulbs . they are like 2 bux . this is the most proable cause and the easyest to fix change that first

I should add that when I do the emergency lights all the lights come on and the right turn signal arrow starts blinking, AND making the clicking sound.

When you say it doesn't work....do you mean on the outside or just the dash panel.

Mine worked fine on the outside but didn't on the inside.

well outside the blinkers dont flash when I do the turn signal but the bulb is fine because the emergancy lights make them light up...On the dash turn signal gets nothing, but when I emergancy light test again, only the right green arrow lights up with the clicking sound.[&o]

if they all come on the wire dose not have a short

chaqnge the flashre . you might have a bad switch but change the flasher firsr . to change the switch you got to drop the collme so change the flasher first

With everything that's been said, it's a good chance that it's the multifunction switch. But the flasher is a heckuva lot easier and cheaper to check out than a multifunction switch, so I'd certainly try it first. I just checked on my '90 Ragtop, and the 4-way flasher is in the fusebox. However, the turn signals are on a separate flasher that sounds like it's up in the dash behind the glovebox or behind the center console in the dash. Sort of somewhere just right of center in behind the dash. So, just cause your 4-ways work, don't mean that the flasher is OK.
