in my 84 my passenger window doesnt work but i took the panel off and there is no way i can get to the motor thers no opening what can i do is it cake or hard? i had to unbolt the motor and move the window up and bolt the motor in place at the top so the window stays up it got stuck closed please help its almost spring lol

If you unbolt the speker you can get the motor out. Chances are the bushings in the motor are shot. They can be replaced and the motor will work again.

How hard is it to remove the quarter window motor, and what is involved in replacing the gears, I am new at the mechanic stuff, any help would be appreciated.
