are you talking before or after boost numbers?
After, i had the blower on the basicly stock motor at 6lb then i put the H/C/I on and upped the boost and took it to get tuned.

And toaode lol i know to be careful, i clayed the cylinder before torquing down the heads to make sure i had enought clearance and anyone running big valves/big cams should do the same

185s are too much of a head for for a 302 unless you have a blower, but they are still unnesseasry.

I've got the bottle, heater, seperate fuel pump with fuel lines ran to my regulator, purge and everything hooked up and ran to switch's. I just need to find a good plate. I'd like to find a nice used wilson plate but have not found one yet in my price range. Which at the moment is basically $0 [:@].

well i'm not trying to be a dick or anything but I think you could make similar HP numbers with AFR 165s on your setup, let alone the 185 heads.

The 185's would have made around the same power but theres no way i would have made 450rwhp on only 8lbs of boost with 165's. It didnt make sense at all to go with 165's on my car. Your going to make more power with the 185's/canfield 195's plus if i ever want to upgrade to a dart block 347 (which i plan on doing)you can still use the same heads with a little port work, i would never have been able to use the 165's
