Lookin at the sweet 90GT, interested on what one would pay and how the car is set up, the body is in good condition and has a nice silver paint. The hood is a black cowl hood that will need to be painted. It has a very nice stance, I'll try to upload a pic.</P>

the biggest key is how mechanically inclined you are and how much time you got.</P>
With engine costs more than anything else, the old adage holds true: The sum of the final product is greater than the sum of the parts.</P>

Que? I'd say you'll never get more for a car than the sum of the parts you put in it. 7-8K sounds like a DEAL. I spent close to 6k on my engine alone (quite a similar setup).
With a higher compression ratio (10:1 or so) I'd think that 400 is entirely possible.

Mostly just depends on whether you think you could build that motor for less. With that being said, unless you have a slew of cars, the whole 'building it is half the fun' line is a load of crap. Definetely not true if you are a one or two car household with time and money restraints.</P>
On another note, GTS's are sweet. I like the sleeper look on them. Also, knew you had to be stationed at Dyess. Not too many people voluntarily move to Abilene. <IMG src=smileys/smiley2.gif border="0"></P><edited><editID>frostymug</editID><editDate>37906.6379050926</editDate></edited>
