You didn't notice the turbo that's on your car??

haha, just messin. I've heard of aftermarket TB's whistling sometimes, I think it's the BBKs. maybe there's a casting flaw inside the manifold or something?

Stock tb and egr but man did i clean them out.. the egr was caked in carbon dust same with the tb. my friend thinks its the manifold. He has a trickflow on his mustang and around a certian RPM he said it sounds like its burping. and no to the turbo thats my next project for the 408 stroker

i thought it was my tb as my previous motor had a 65 mm bbk and it whistled not like this or like yours it sounds like it is the intake as you are describing too i thought it was my baffle ove rthe pcv hole but no. mine sounds like **** too wtf[8D]

What happens sometimes with the aftermarket TB and intakes you will get sharp edges where ports are drilled. For examplea sharp edge on the inside of a intake where a vacuum port is located. If you take a file to that sharp edge the noise will go away.

take the belt off see if it still does it... my car used to make a loud whistle noise around 4000rpm all the way to 5500 rpms when i shifted and it was the A/C compressed pulley scraping on somthing

On a previous mustang of mine, the whistle was the TB. Look into what Tech is telling you, that was the problem on mine.
