Default cowl panel repair

hey everybody. im working on a 93 GT. like it says above i have some cowl damage do to my fiberglass hood coming up and contacting cowl. I was wondering if anyone had any good info or links on what is the best for repairing or replacing cowl panel. i didnt know if its best to cut from a doner car an just patch damaged sides or if its better to cut the entire panel from side to side. thanks in advance for any responses. i appreciate the help.

if you are gone to replace the cowl be ready to remove the dash and windshield other then that drill the spot welds and use a chisel to break the panels apart then weld them back together. and your gone to need a donor car cuz Ford don't have them any more.

hey thanks alot. i knew some one had to know how to do it. yea it sounds like a pain in the a##. but its got to be done. and yea i learned a lesson alright. dont get caught in a rain storm with drag radials on. Hydroplaning sucks. hit a wall with the front end and the hood came up after the latch broke. gonna need some new sheet metal. thanks again.
