Clutch recommendations
i think that is because the centerfoce clutchs are made with a softer materal for better girp, which is like tires the softer the faster they wear out, i dont recomend spec clutchs they suck imo, i have a frpp heavy duty and it works great, also i have heard the king cobra is good to, i dont know of many people that like the ram clutchs ither.

I have known alot of people with the centerforce clutch and hated it.It also burned out fast.

Yeah I just oredered my King Cobra Clutch from Jegs it got here yesterday and i am starting to put it in this week i am doing it in shop at school got it all apart and the flywheel is being machined so well i am waiting i am doing my headers so i cant wait till its all done. Ihad the same post and everyone said for my price range which was the same is yours to get a king cobra so thats what I oredered I was looking at a centerforce till what I read about them. I would go with a king cobra.
the spec stage 1 is 199 and is better than the KC i know this because ive had the kc and i now have the spec and the pedal is alot lighter and the clutch holds more power http://www.specclutch.com/specMain.html
