imho, those dated 15yr old alphabet cams are old technology, you'll have much better results with a dual pattern cam... tfs stage 1, crane 2031, anderson n- / b- cams, comp 274, crower 15511.....etc, but also if you have a matching/complementing setup, a befxz cam can do the damn thing....just dont pay more than 70~80 bucks for one.....

Everything else on my car is stock besides the fact that I have no mufflers and I'm getting a CAI within the next week.

get a trick flow stage 1 cam. (.499/.510). i would rather have this than the Ecam cause it has more lift and split duration. it has more exhaust lift and duration- that what fords need.. Summit sells the trick flow cam for like $140. By the way, I have an Ecam in my car.

so nothing is done. dont even worry about a cam yet. a CAI isnt going to do much and your exhaust now is hurting you

How is my exhaust hurting me? And where would you suggest that I start? I don't have a ton of money to be dumping into heads or nothin. Oh and one more thing about the trick flow cam... I've heard that you don't want to go over .500 lift on stock heads
