Default 94 gt mod help

got a 94 gt auto put 40 flow master on stock pipes thinking of gettin a x pipe catted would it sound the same as the stock one now its really is not loud what eles can i do it make this thing a beast im new at this car is alittle bitof a slug

if you dont mind losing some gas mileage throw a set of 373's, and do some intake work.

wow, that was painful to read. putting an aftermarket catted x would make the car louder than the stock H pipe. You'll need gears, most will tell you 4.10s for the auto but it's up to you. head/cam/intake swap is always good for a nice power increase, and/or boost.

Definatly would sound much better with a O/R (off road) H or X pipe. I might have some parts for ya pretty soon. I'll PM you if your looking for anything...I should know in a few days if i'm gonna be parting out my stang.

Take off the Flows and put SLP loud mouths on .. They make the car sound like a monster...

Equal Shorties are definitly a pain to work with once on the car, Slps sound amazing on mustangs, but before all that get gears that will match your rpm range of the cam you plan on putting in later down the line.
