i run the typhoon which is supposedly almost the same as your rpmII intake. here is a pic. does it look like this for vac lines?
this is how mine is set up, but the bottom of the upper intake has 2 places to put the pcv fitting. all the sensors and anything thats in the stock lower can just be swapped over from the stocker.

where did u guys put /get your vacumn for the regulator cause i have a rpm 2 and i used the one in the back on bottom for the pcv. and the 1 labeled for the vac tree is where i have mine and my heater control comes from the vac. tree. and i use one of the little holes on the back towards the tb for the fuel reg?

i dont have a camera at the moment, i dont know how to hook it up cause the directions sucked azz[:@] so had to improvise
like i said i have my pcv notwhere it is in your diagram . mine is blocked off where yours is
the blue line is the same i have . blue vac tree
and the other is pcv and the other is blocked off.
my fuel pressure reg is hooked up on from a fitting from a hole on the intake toward the tb on the back side u can see it in your picture towards the top of the red line
