Default Removing stock A-Arm bushings

Do the stock A-Arm bushings need to be cut out to be removed ?

They have to be pressed out from the center, so no good way to put a press on them
and after 19 years mine are good and stuck in there.

Anyone ever replaced these bushings ?

I used a air hammer to drive them out..it destroys them but at least there out

I have an air hammer, dont think the neighbors want me using it at 10pm though, lol
