i took my car to get safety and evrything passed but the button were you push the horn was broken so i had to buy a whole stearing column just to get that one peice it cost $78. plus $40 for labour. she said she called ford all the dealerships and noone had just the peice

my 87 stopped beepin when the first bush was in the white house ford fuged up with that design but i know it is hard to find that part on mine {your talking the circle piece of plastic with the clips for your horn power right underneath the ford logo on your stearing wheel}what state r u from??

I could have sworn they sold them but there was no listing for them.
I think you have to buy the steering wheel to get it.

I had the same problem on my 88 lx and I just took the botton apart and replaced the foam padding inside. I put it all back together and it works like a charm!!--no problems since then
