89Five.O, look under the car at the tie-rods. The tie-rods should be parallel with ground (or close to parallel). If not the geometry is off and needsd to be correted, and a bump steer kit is used to correct this (even on stock K-members and A-arms)

i thought the tie rods needed to be parallel with the a arms?

sounds like a tire issue. u may want to take the car to a place that balances tires like discount, sears, or where ever you got the tire. another idea is to switch the tires front right with front left, you may have to re mount them if they are directional. if the pull stops, its definately in the tires. just my two cents.

ORIGINAL: verter2

PJC, in case you aren't inclined to contact Maximum Motorsports, here are some quotes from their material:

(1) "Simply lowering your car does not affect bumpsteer."

(2) "Offset steering rack bushings move the rack far too much on stock K-members, and make an acceptable situation far worse than if you had done nothing at all."

I just hope that if you are in the business that you haven't been selling stuff to your customers based on bogus information...
Sorry verter2, but I don't just go by what a company tells me, I go experience. And in my experience, I have worked on several Fox bodies that DID have bumpsteer after just lowering the car and it was corrected by a bumpsteer kit on a stock K-member. Remember this IS my experience and not what a company or somebody told me. You made a bold statement that stated "The bump steer kit is really not going to help" and gave no explanation why you made this statementbecause you were going off of what a company told you. As for your last comment, "bogus information"..... I think I made my point on this statement aswell.
