Did I miss something?

You have a Cobra ecu (x3z), a 93 Cobra MAF, and 24Lb injectors???

IF you really do have those parts, then that is what you should run with the x3z.....

The prom MAF can get ebay'd... it is useless to you now....

I'm pretty heavy into a 6pack though... maybe I'm confused...

jason

i have a Cobra ecu...30# injectors and 30# inj..calibrated MAF.

Now that I have a clear head, I see what you're doing... [8D]

The 30Lb calibrated MAF was originally sold for use with an A9* ecu???

If so, this would be a source of error in the setup, as the X3Z does not share MAF meters with the A9* ecu's...
A custom J3 tune will correct this pretty easily.

The X3Z is VERY tunable... one of the best if you ask me... but I am biased

How long til you get into the tuner?

LOL.... sorry about the joke xB1u3xF1v3xO...... YES, ALL Ford EEC-IV MAF ECM's are tunable.

Sorry for all the shenanigans...

As Joel said, it is tunable.

The only difference with any of the MAF ecu's is how well that particular ecu has been hacked out. Meaning... How many of the major tuning parameters/settings have been located and exposed in the Ford programming.

The A9L and X3Z are probably the best developed ecu's for the 5.0HO MAF Mustangs...

You're in good shape
