Seems like it was in the connection for the TPS. I took it all apart and cleaned it up good. Hasnt ran this crisp in a long time. I think that was the problem the whole time. TPS is reading 0.9 to 4.6 with a clean sweep all the way through. Thanks for all the input. Now I can get back to some more mods.
