Default Steering issue... great

More times than not, when I turn hard to the right my steering hangs up. When it does this, I have to pull it back straight. It never does it when I turn left. Is it time for a new rack and pinion? That would be great!

check tie rods and ball joints for any binds and make sure tire is not rubbing, and if that is all okay it may have an internal rack issue

I'm pretty sure the tire isn't rubbing, or at least it shouldn't as skinny as it is. Thanks for the advice. I'll check that stuff out and hopefully it won't be the rack.
