on a side note, what brands should i be looking out for, i can live with some noise, i just dont want it to be unbearable

okay, my bros got FRPPs theyre loud, but not too loud, however, i only have the money for the intake right now, ill work on the rockers and everything else when i get some more caesh

It'll run well, and it's all emissions legal. That cam IS a 1.7rr cam though, Summit lists it wrong when it says factory ratio. That's the cam I'm running and it's a 1.7rr cam, 444225, you can look it up on their site, just put that number in the search. It's because it's the Cobra replacement cam, so it's designed to work with the 1.7's that came on the Cobras. That's the 2031. You could also get the 2030 if you have to get a 1.6rr cam, it's pretty smilar and is also CARB legal, it's 444221 and Summit sells it for the same price.
