Default car idleing bad, pulled codes

21-ECT out of self test range 0.3 to 3.7 volts.
34-PFE or EVP circuit above the closed limit of 0.67 volts,PFE or EVP circuit has intermittently failed above the closed limit of 0.67 volts.
44-Thermactor Air Injection system inoperative (Right side).
94-Thermactor Air Injection system inoperative (left side).

those are the codes I got, the only ones im worried about are the first two obviously, the car idles fine for a few minutes then begans to surge really bad then eventually kill itself... any ideas?
