Default 1500rpm bucking and starting up issues

ok im having issues with the car bucking at 1500 rpms, the ONLY thing i have changed was the PCV hook up to be more like the stock hook up. it did NOT buck previous to my change but i would like to know which is correct way of hooking it up.

i was also searching on MF and seen that a lot of B-303 cam'd people are having bucking issues at 1500 rpms(as far as just cruising, bucks harder in 1st and 2nd, and gets less severe in 3rd and 4th) and it was being blamed on the cam, im thinkin is the PCV hook up or vaccume or something. here is an illustration of what I had previously and then what I changed it to now.
Previous to my issue:

how it is now with issues:

My other issue has pretty much always been there and hasn't been completely resolved or has it changed with the above issue.

first start up of the day the car will sputter, not hold an idle and will backfire if you try to drive it like that. but when the car is warmed up like more than 100* the car will hold its idle, no more backfiring and she gets all her ***** back.

the car has new injectors, new EGR valve, new IAC
No codes either

any ideas?

The second pic, the way you have it now, the second red line for the PCV, do you have it running to the vacuum line for the brake booster, and is the line running to theCAI T'ed off of that line?

Does the 89 still have a charcoal canister? I will take a look at mine tonight but I still have the stock intake, what intake is this?

here is a revised picture to represent the routing of the system. I used the same colors so its easier to read. Gold represents any fittings I used. "bottom of the plenum" is what i meant to say BTW.

and this is what it looked like before i had any bucking issues.

which one is correct? does it matter either way?
