I'm 16 and on a tight budget. Would I just need to port it out where the gasket is or as far as I can reach with dremmel?

Oh cool. I think that it might be my next mod. It's cheap, how much HP and ft/lb is it going to add?

maybe 20? it really depends on other mods, like exhaust, headers, getting rid of the stock H pipe.

You will feel the difference.

So if you port the typhoon Its exatly the same as the edlebrock? also I have a profesional produts 70mmtb/ egr, so I think ill get a typhoon. I heave heard goo things about the Pro products company. they are making a big move in mods, alot of people are reconginizing them as a good performance company.

Vfast, what tool did you use to port out that intake? Did you do it to the lower one also? I'm thinking about just porting out my stocker.

the stocker isn't really worth the time to port, because of how the inlet goes.
I got a pp intake, and yes, edelbrock gaskets work on it.
I noticed a big difference, but at the same time I did a cam and 24# injectors too, so they probably helped too

I have the typhoon intake and its good for the price, mine was $320 delivered. The casting is not as good as the edelbrock, you can get the typhoon polished for about $100 more and that one looks really good. Mine could be port matched too and when I have time I'll take it off and do it.
Regards!
