If your going to be so pleasant then just dont respond. I dont know what your issue is with me and my posts but stop responding to my threads. I waited two hours and had 30+ people look at my thread without a single response at the time. Two hours may not be very long to you, but I have other **** to do than sit on here and criticize other people.

I WAS going to provide an answer, but since the OP is being an impatient *****... i will not
You just have to chill, not everyone is "smart" in all areas, Some people also read a thread regardless if they can answer or not, thinking they *may* be able to help. Hell I had a thread on which lights blink when the turn signals are on and it took 2 days before I got an answer...

all I did to get it out was to take off the bearing on the small end of the countershaft, then i just angled it and it came right out.

you need to take off the reverse mechanism in the middle first.

this is correct. i tried rebuilding my old one but failed. its pretty hard and time consuming

I already cut off the roller bearing cage on the tail side. It gets caught on one of the lips of the bearing beneath the roller bearing. Anyone know a trick I can do to get this last piece out? or how I can remove the piece below the roller bearing?
You noob!!!!!!!!!! you cut off the roller bearing cage??? well that was your first mistake....I've rebuilt plenty of them and never had to do such..if you just plain don't know then put the tools down and take it to a tranny shop......only tools you should have to do this job are a punch, snap ring pliers, small hammer, socket set . block of wood and a small press and bearing removal tool

Just remember to continue to bump your thread with useless info....

(instead of taking a picture or two so we can see where you are bound up)

I did a rebuild a few months ago, and no one was very helpful here either. The outer bearing race cage does need to be cut off on the back bearing to remove it from the housing. There should be nothing else in or on the housing either. I wish you luck

Here are the pictures my pictures of where its getting caught

As you can see the housing is empty except for this last part

If I clear the tail section, the gear gets caught on the housing

If I clear the gear, the bushing gets caught

Heres another view of the bushing getting caught
