unless the new crank is made for the 28 oz harmonic balancer, that is not the right one for a late model 5.0 engine which uses a 50 oz. one. you must keep the balancer, crank, and flywheel/flexplate matched up as far as balance goes. if the new crank does use a 28 oz balance, then you will need to change your flywheel/flexplate to match it.

if you are getting the egr delete then go long tubes, you arnt gonna pass smog anyway without the egr. get some cometic MLS head gaskets for the boost down the road. I have heard of people putting up around 24# of boost with them. Get a good fuel system while your at it if youre gonna spend all this money. im guessing you can go with the 30# injectors, but not when you boost your car, you will need 42# atleast. and i would think about getting a pms to tune your car, you can tune it n/a with boost or NO2, and you wont have to get a reflash or reburn of a chip everytime you get a new part.

are those pistons cr based on the 58cc chambers?..I bet not.....why not run flat tops and 64cc heads..also why pay the extra $$$ for accufab stuff? don't see a cam..

Coast High Performance “Street Fighter” 331 stroker Short Block
4.030” bore / 3.250” stroke
SCAT Cast steel crank ..........not the greatest crank!!!!
CHP CNC Beam forged steel connecting rods ..I hope you polish the beams before the assembly is balanced
Probe SRS forged pistons ..are you using light wts? good pistons!
8.5:1 compression ratio
Plasma-moly rings
Probe wrist pins.. .are they drills for oil?
Clevite 77 rod & main bearings
ARP rod bolts
Energy Suspension polyurethane motor mounts
BBK cold air induction kit ...use a power pipe!!!!!
Pro-M Bullet 75mm MAF ...will be hard to cal.since the company has closed...use a ford lighten maf
Accufab 75mm throttle body .....to big until you use the S/C as way over priced!
Trick Flow Street or Track Heat upper and lower intake ?
58cc AFR 185 cylinder heads
high RPM valve spring upgrade.......try the new bee-hive springs less wt.
Viton seal upgrade
ARP 7/16 rocker studs
1.6 Scorpion roller rockers. ..find a better rocker
ARP head-bolt kit
Engine Works pushrods
Eaton lifters....................never used them but crane make a nice set
Custom camshaft ? ...use a lunati cams.. 542-563 lift..112 c/l
28oz. harmonic balancer...believe this is the wrong one!
FRPP 30 lb./hr fuel injectors..just add a FMU when you S/C the car
Kirban adjustable fuel pressure regulator...good choice!
Walbro 255lph fuel pump.........................way to big......190 would be just right and when you had the S/C use a t-rex
MSD coil.... .you'll need a msd 6al as well
MSD Heli-Core ignition wires
billet roller timing set.. ..use a cloyes!
March underdrive pullies..pull these when the S/C is installed
PA peformance 130A alternator
Granitelli 3” aluminum radiator
EGR/Smog delete
BBK 1 5/8” Equal length short tube headers..good choice..don't need those over rated LT's
BBK 2.5 inch X pipe with cats..here I would atleast use a DR GAS x-pipe
Flowmaster American Thunder Cat back system

lastely you'll need some computer help for max hp

cr with flat tops and 64 cc heads would end up being to high. especially down the road if hes goin to want to add boost. hell need to spend more money on dished pistons to lower cr

That's kind of the route I'd like to take yet just a 306 with FI. A guy at my work is running a zero balanced 306 with balanced stock crank and rods, N/A pushing over 500HP.

also i didnt see an electric fan in your list. Are you going to use the stock fan on this application? If not i would recommend the X-treme Black Magic Fan that the one im going to get. It pulls 3300 cfms compared to the standard Black Magic that pulls 2800.
