during driving my brakes chirp, but when i press the brakes or turn the wheel slightly the chirping stops, is this a sign of failing wheel bearings, or are the brakes pads all that needs to be replaced..
any info would be appreciated thanx...

 

sounds like the brakes only

 

is this your first car? must be cause chiping and squeal brakes means you need new ones

 

no you see it doesn't squeel at all when i press the brakes, just chirps while cruising, so i figure maybe its not just the pads, and as long as i'm gonna have the brakes replacesd and they are probably gonna wanna turn the rotor i should just go ahead and replace the bearings.
