fuel pressure

what is the stock fuel pressure in a 5.0

if i have mild h/c/i and adjustable fuel pressure regulator should i set it to stock fuel pressure or what?

stock fuel pressure is #39, i have h/c/i with 24# injectors i run it at #40, but every car is different
so its something you'll have to play with
