so could the Mass Air Flow being bad cause the Throttle Position Sensor to be off and throw a code?

dont need bigger tb or maf, just need to know is if a bad Mass Air Flow being bad, could be cause the Throttle Position Sensor to be off and throw a code? my stroker was carb set up.

Suggestions:

1. Clear codes again.

2. Make sure there are no contact problems with both TPS and MAF sensor connectors.

3. Rerun a KOEO self test to confirm codes were cleared.

4. Test drive it for 5-10 min. (check if CEL indicator turns on while test driving it)

5. Rerun KOEO and KOER self tests and LUK.
