Alright, we're building a 79' Cobra. What hoods will fit this car ? I know the hood shapes kind of changed over the years so I was wondering what all would fit and if anybody made aftermarket hoods for the 79'

I thought there were hoods for them being made, but when I looked at the main hoodwebsitesfor them, I could not find any.

79-82 are the same, I know they make cowls buts thats it, whats wrong with yours?

Hell I have mimiced that hood by buying one of the hood scoops and cutting a hole in the hood and bolting it down. I will soon mold it to the rest of the hood to make it 1 piece.

Nothing wrong with ours, just wondered if there were any cool aftermarket hoods avabile like those for the 87 + Foxes. Personally I might prefer a cowl over the scoop. I was wondering if anyone made flat hoods. You'd have to buy the 3M tape scoops and then cut a hole in the hood to make it functional though.
