Default 91 GT Speedometer

Cananyone let me know how hard or easy it is to change the speedometer in a 91 GT, and if possible give a brief step-by-step.

Thanks,

Stan

The speedometer? It's a gauge cluster so you have to replace the entire cluster as far as I know. If you undo the cluster cowl and pull the cluster, you'll see it's all circuitry back there. There isn't an area for just the speedometer.

you need to pull out the speed drive assembley down on the tranny attached to speedo cable and replace the little gear on the end with the correct one
