Default Help! Fuel Problem

So I got back home today from Brazil, I've been gone 32 days and the first thing I like to do is catch a buzz and take the stang for a cruise. Today it wouldn't start. I checked spark-no problem. So I poured a little gas in the throttle body through the EGR nipple and it'll crank and run fine for a few seconds. The fuel pressure gauge on the rail is showing 25 psi after cranking on it a while so I assume it's getting fuel that far. Anyone have any idea what it could be? It was running fine when I parked it and went to work and my wife can't drive it so it has just been sitting there waiting for me. I don't know what to check next...
