RE: Is a mulit-spark ignition box worth any power?
Not much. The stock ignition is pretty good until forced induction is used. I have seen dynos showing nothing to around 5HP on mostly stock motors. Since you have a 10.7:1 motor it might help some. If you get one go with MSD. Iv had mine on for 8 or so years with no problems out of it.
RE: Is a mulit-spark ignition box worth any power?
what box would you suggest for a stock block with bored and P&P e7 heads with a edelbrock cam and bbk headers and a 600cfm holley and MSD wires, blaster 2 coil, and the pro bullit dist. on my 84

I recommend the 6AL to anybody
I agree the 6al is a great box, easy to install, has a built in rev limiter and can be used with many of MSD's other ignition componants such as a two step or timing retard.
RE: Is a mulit-spark ignition box worth any power?
Yup, I went with the 6AL as well.
You'll notice a VERY improved throttle response.
And, it's rev limiter is much better than stock.
Cutting Fuel is never good.
