You're gunna need motor mounts, headers/manifolds, bell housing for a manual, or a new trans for an auto, crossmember, and a hood. If you go carb then you don't have to worry about electronics, but if it's efi you'll need a harness. It's really not that hard and either a 351w or a 351c will deliver in the power department.

First question I gotta ask is why a cleveland?????. You would be much better off using a windsor, if for nothing else the price and availability of aftermarket parts?. Just curious!

Fine you'll have to swap the pins in the harness to make it work. At least on the ford trucks I had to swap some pins to make the stock 5.0 harness work with the 5.8L electronics.

YOU DO NOT NEED MOTOR MOUNTS!! A 351C swap doesnt require any more parts than a Windsor swap but stock for stock, nothing outperforms a Cleveland. The main dissadvantage is weight. I have performed this swap on others cars, but not on my own because its alot of weight to put on the nose of a foxbody. Is it a 4V or 2V engine? If its a 4V, a headswap would be a waste of money.

I'm also considering the 351c swap myself. I heard that it also bolts up to the transmission, but now I read it doesn't....which one is correct?
