im swaping from aod to a c4 and will i have to run a kick down linkage if i run a manual valve body?

no kickdown necessary if it'll be a full manual valve body and the combo you have is a little mismatched.....intake is wrong for that combo..more so an rpm intake would be better and gt-40's [&:]......at best 260-270 rwhp without nos

I going 12.20's with a fuel injection with almost the same mods but with a 125 dry shot gt40p heads stage 1 cam

so your good to go for atleat low 12's or high 11's

id like to run high 11s but im shootin for low 12s on drag radials and i was thinking the same thing with the manifold. i have a rpm air gap layin around will that work better? what about rockers will the 1.7s lower my power (saw it in a tread i think i saw a stick somewere). ive just about spent my budget but what will insure that i will go low 12s (real low) im not talkin about aluminum heads i might have anouth 200-400$
