Has this intake been laying around? If it's too rusted, I'd imagine you'd have a hard time getting a good seal.

the theads are in the block, not in the intake. It goes through the lower into the block to hold the lower in.

it looks like the bolt broke off in the block... Does anyone have any ideas I am desperate.......

Same ttocs from HPS?? You too are replacing an intake? I just got done doing mine. Is the lower removed from the heads or is the broken bolt holding it in place??

If the lower is removed, is there still some of the bolt showing above the block?

If its recessed below the block casting,you may have to try and drill it out and go with a helicoil. [:@]
