AOD driveshaft to T5?

I got a 1989-90ish AOD driveshaft with a damper ring on the front yoke. Will this work with my T5,Because my shaft doent have this damper and i never seen one like this.......

Never mind.......I just noticed that it has smaller U-joints[:'(].....WEAK
