Fuel Pressure???

Heres a new clue to this mystery. I cleaned the MAF sensor again with the MAF sensor cleaner, car ran fine. Got back in to take it to the car wash and it was back to the sputtering above 3000. Turned the heater on, and it started running fine again. I am thinking this may be an electrical problem. The stock gauges do not work for crap, but since I have had this problem, I have noticed the temp gauge goes higher than what it normally does, and the ammeter goes down to around 9 volts(Battery is fine and fully charged) when its running.
Before I had this problem I noticed if I had the key on, but the engine off and rolled up the windows the temp gauge would slowly go up. If I stopped rolling the windows up, the temp gauge would stop.
Any new ideas that could be electrical?

that why I have tested and repaired every single ground wire on my fox and it screamed performance when I was done.
Best thing is to sand thatspot on the firewall and run anew cable there to the battery
