Default Codes?

I have a 1994Gt 5-speed, when i run for codes i get Code (311- Thermactor Air System problem- no operation during Engine Run Self-Test BANK#1) and code (314- Thermactor Air System inoperativer during Engine Run Self-Test Bank#2 with dual oxygen sensors)
I have no clue what them mean, could someone help me out? would it make my car not idle and i can't even get a test light to work because when I put the light on the balancer the car idles up and down and can't get a good enough reading to put it in time.
I have no smog or no egr, CAI, 2 1/2" H-Pipe with Flowmaster 44's, also just put new 19lbs injectors on it, new mass air flow and TPS

the thermactor codes are a result of you removing smog = don't worry about those codes ..as for your issue.......have you tried cleaning IAC MOTOR and checking for vaccum leaks?

yea i have cleaned the IAC, and cant hear of any vacuum leaks, but have not tryed to really look for any leaks, could the IAC be bad and not throw a code?
I have tryed to adjust the throttle body by turning the idle screw also.

no egr? if so, how is it deleted..

with the idling/timing issue, disconnect the battery for 20 mins

remember to unplug the spout when timing the vehicle, on ur 94 its located near the passenger strut tower.

yea, i have already tryed that. Thecar wont idle right ( it wants to surge up and down when trying to idle) and cant get a good reading on the timing gun.

if you play with the idle screw it will throw the tps off and cause all sorts of erratic issues... so need to perform a base idle reset procedure and set all back to stock....moving the screw is not the proper way to set idle.... this is:
