i dont recommend you to use the stock 4 banger suspension witha V8. Also the rear should be changed too bc the 4 banger has a 7.5 rear end and the V8 has a 8.8

The 4cyl suspension should be fine with a V8. Many drag racers change to the 4 banger springs so they launch harder. They are softer so you wont have a great handling car but its not dangerous. Like stanglx said the 7.5 is pretty weak but i bet it would last for a few months if you are not too hard on it. Dont drop the clutch at every stop light and for sure dont drag race with slicks of any kind.
